Do you accept insurace?

Yes. I work with a 3rd party billing company - Headway - who handles all insurance billing and payments. Once you schedule your first session, you will set up an accout with them where you will find out all of your co-pay, deductible or rate-per-session information.

At this time, I am able to accept Aetna, United, Cigna and COAccess (Colorado Medicaid).

What is the session fee?

Counseling: For clients who choose to pay out-of-pocket, the fee is $145 per 50 minute session. If I do not accept your insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill receipt that you can submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.

How are sessions scheduled?

Once we have decided to work together, you can either create a standing appointment (weekly or bi-weekly) or, if your schedule is less predictable, you can use the scheduling portal to schedule your own sessions at your convenience.

Can you see clients outside of Colorado?

Counseling: My LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license allows me to work only with clients who reside in Colorado. All sessions happen via an online telehealth platform, so I am able to work with clients from anywhere within the state.

What can I expect at the first session?

During our first session together, I will answer any questions you have about how I approach therapy, my own counseling style, as well as your expectations, concerns, hopes and goals for our time together.
